What You Will Accomplish

✅ Produce 40-60 perfectly frosted cakes daily supporting $2,500+ in revenue

✅ Maintain 100% quality standards with zero defects

✅ Achieve 3-minute per cake frosting speed

✅ Complete 100% of special orders on time

✅ Cross-train to 85%+ proficiency in guest service for higher pay

What You Will Do

  • Frost bundt cakes using proprietary techniques and recipes

  • Maintain display cases with fresh, beautiful product

  • Support special orders and custom decorating requests

  • Manage frosting station inventory and prep work

  • Collaborate with team members across departments during peaks

  • Assist sister locations during high-volume periods

  • Follow food safety and sanitation protocols

What Success Looks Like

  • Minimum age 16 with reliable transportation

  • Physical ability to stand 6+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds

  • Hand-eye coordination for precise decorating work

  • Basic math skills for inventory and recipe calculations

  • Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends

  • Previous bakery or food service experience preferred but not required
